Christ Lutheran School

My name is Ethan Doble and I am the principal and upper grades teacher at Christ Lutheran School. I was born in New Ulm, Minnesota in 1996. However, I spent the majority of my childhood living in Michigan. I graduated from Martin Luther College in the spring of 2018. After graduation, I was called as the principal and upper grades teacher at Zion Lutheran School in Valentine, Nebraska. While I attended Martin Luther College, I met my wife, Emma. In 2020, we were blessed with our daughter, Ella. I enjoy a variety of activities in my free time. A few of these hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, and sports. 

Miss Elena Thoma is a 2022 graduate from Martin Luther College with a bachelor of science degree in Education. Before attending MLC, Elena graduated from Manitowoc Lutheran High School in 2018. She enjoys spending time in God's creation, exploring the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Elena has four siblings and both of her parents are called workers serving in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. She also enjoys all aspects of music including singing and playing a variety of instruments. 

Mrs. Justice is a 2019 graduate of Martin Luther College (MLC) in New Ulm, Minn. with a bachelor of science degree in Education also minoring in physical education and newly married! Prior to college Janet graduated from Michigan Lutheran Seminary in 2015. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and staying physically active. She is originally from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and the youngest of 9 to Pastor David and Susan Putz. Mrs. Justice is serving as our lower grades teacher. 

My name is Emma Doble. I grew up in California, Texas, and Florida before attending Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota. I enjoy being outside and crafting, as well as teaching! I taught K-3rd grade in Valentine, Nebraska for 2 years. My husband Ethan and I welcomed our daughter Ella in August of 2020. I am excited to be back teaching this year meeting students and families, and very excited to teach God's little lambs in Christ's Preschool!

Mrs. Nicole Kube has been with Christ Lutheran since 2017 and is the Church and School's Administrative Assistant. She was born and raised in southern California before she moved to the Northwoods in 2010. She and her husband Dustin have three kids, a lab named Lady, and a pug named Lulu. The Kube's spend most of their winters traveling around Wisconsin watching their kids play hockey and their summers in the Northwoods on the Chain of Lakes.
